How to participate?
- All Campers need to submit the CAMPER REGISTRATION FORM and PARENTAL CONSENT FORM. The forms have to be in hard-copy due to signature requirement. You may choose Chinese or English version. (Form are available at Clover Learning Centre)
- Registration fee RM 20 per Camper. (In this RM 20, RM 2 is the cost for the Donation Box, RM 18 is for expense such as T-shirt.)
- Collect the Donation Box from Clover Learning Centre once you have campers signing up.
- Each Camper is to fund-raise a minimum of RM 50 and record the amount.
- Camper is required to raise funds among family members, friends and relatives. It is strictly not allowed to raise funds from the public.
- Submit the Donation Boxes to Clover Learning Centre latest by 21 June 2014. Receipts will be issued as total amount collected in a Donation Box.
